Our COVID-19 Mitigation Show Logistics

Pia Reilly's opening for the art show will take place Friday, December 4 between 4:30 and 8:00 p.m.

Due to the ongoing pandemic concerns and potential numbers that might want to come in, we are requiring pre-registration. Each time slot will be 30 minutes and will contain one to two groups, and no more than eight individuals total per time slot.

We will be taking registrations through the end of Wednesday (December 2) and randomly assign time slots to up to the first 12 groups or 48 total individuals making up the groups, whichever comes first. Group leaders will be notified of their assigned times on Thursday.

Groups that do not fit in to the pre-scheduled times on Friday will be waitlisted in the order the registration is received.

Proper use of face coverings will be required for attendance at the show. Social distancing between non-household members and social pods will be required.

Anyone exhibiting symptoms consistent with COVID-19 are requested to refrain from attending.

The show is subject to change and cancellation if deemed necessary by the governing authorities, or by us.
